Hammond Report November 14 2021 From Pandemic Quarantino Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from Jon Hammond the organ player & accordionist, today's music story about a special gig I played at 1st birthday of my friend's Daughter at Laughing Duck Winery in Ukiah, Judy & Bruce Hatch daughter Reiney - on the band Barry Finnerty & Terry Haggerty guitars, the late great James Preston drums and yours truly Jon Hammond at the organ - yesterday I drove to California Historical Radio Society, my friend Seth Arp did a repair on my Tokai 9 transistor radio and I scored an amazing Sony 8FC-63w AM FM Clock Radio with lighted Telechron clock movement - the unit is over 50 years old and sounds great - also turns itself on, wake up to my favorite stations and turns itself off after I fall asleep - it's got a Telechron clock movement in it, nice! - Jon Hammond
